At ARH we aim to empower your health journey. Aangie blends expert personal training with accredited dietetic practices to offer you a holistic approach to health and fitness. Her dual expertise in exercise and nutrition ensures you efficiently and sustainably reach your health goals.
Whether you are struggling with your cholesterol, blood sugar levels, gut health, eating disorders, struggling to lose fat or you just need a plan to work in with you and your busy schedule and your workouts Aangie has you covered.
Located on the Redcliffe Peninsula, Aangie has been helping her clients achieve their body composition goals through strength training and improving their cardiovascular fitness for 9 years. As a Dietitian Aangie studied 4 years full-time at Queensland University of Technology where she also went on to complete a summer internship program. With a compassionate approach to her nutrition sessions, Aangie just gets it!
As a small business owner Aangie is passionate, empathetic and only ever has your best interest at heart!

Joining a gym can be scary! Aangie offers Personal Training in a private studio for any fitness level. The studio is fitted with Inspire equipment and kept clean and tidy for you! If you’re after a personalised approach to your workouts with a trainer who has over 9 years experience. You’ll have Aangie’s full attention in a safe environment where she will push you to your goals.
Crafted by a professional personal trainer, workout plans are designed to align with your fitness goals, ensuring you train with the correct technique without pain and achieve optimal results. Say goodbye to knee pain and those lower back niggles!
Medicare
Rebates are available under the GP Chronic Management Plan & Eating Disorder Treatment and Management Plan which can be organised with your GP if you are eligible. Providing comprehensive nutrition counselling as a Dietitian Aangie has a Medicare provider number and can take on referrals for Dietetic appointments from your GP. Her nutrition advice is not just about dieting; it is about embracing a healthier balanced lifestyle.
NDIS
NDIS may also fund a personal trainer to create workout out program and help support fitness & dietitians to create and review a nutritional meal plan for you if this type of support meets the NDIS funding criteria for you.
Department of Veteran’s Affairs (DVA)
DVA Health Cards (Gold & White) are accepted as payment upon a GP referral. If you are eligible, see your GP for a referral to a Dietitian.
Private Health Fund Rebates
Most private health funds may also provide rebates for visits to accredited Practising Dietitians who are providing approved dietetic services. This may vary depending on the Private Health Fund you are with and your level of coverage

She was professional and kind and knowledgeable and also took the time to ask about my likes, dislikes etc so that what I was eating was suited to me. It really works!
